Visit From the Rhine Valley is a deck of 80 Visitor Cards.

These cards are the same size as the cards that come in the base game of Viticulture. These Visitors work in a similar way - you acquire them in the same fashion. You can collect them by visiting certain worker placement spots on the board. Or, you could pick some up depending on your order in the Wake Up track. The original Visitor Cards offer points that bypass the wine-making process. But not in Visit From the Rhine Valley!
