Unlock! 9 Legendary Adventures Card Game

Unlock! is a series of cooperative card games inspired by escape rooms. The Unlock! series, published by Space Cowboys, uses a simple system of cards and a companion app to allow 1 to 6 players to challenge themselves across three scenarios of increasing difficulty

Each adventure is represented by a deck of cards uniquely numbered. These cards includes scenes, characters, objects, machine to be operated and puzzles to be solved. By using their deduction skills and the information on the cards, players need to find their way through the adventure by finding which card they need to draw next. The companion app helps the players by managing the machines and codes but it also assigns penalties for picking the wrong card. If players get stuck, the app can also provide hints and tips to most of the cards. A full solution is also available on the publisher website.

Each box of Unlock! contains therefore three stories and their puzzles to be played in about one hour each. As the mechanics are the same for all the games of these series, the learning curve is very quick and new players can also use the tutorial scenario included in each box. Most important, cards are not damaged during the game and, once the adventure solved, could be re-played or passed on to someone else.

Unlock! Legendary Adventures is the 9th product of the series and it includes three scenarios featuring fictional characters like Sherlock Holmes and Robin Hood. The scenarios included in this box are:

 Action Story (difficulty 1 out of 3) - The elusive Stella has stolen the world's most expensive gem! Stop her and take away her precious haul;
- Robin Hood: Dead or Alive (difficulty 2 out of 3) - Robin has fallen into the clutches of the Sheriff of Nottingham. Call upon his companions to free him from the dungeon;
Sherlock Holmes: The Case of the Burnt Angels (difficulty 3 out of 3) - The most famous detective ever needs your help in solving a strange murder case
