Delivery Information

The Tabletop Gaming team will make every effort to deliver your items to you as soon as possible. Any orders placed before 2:00pm will be dispatched the same day, with orders placed after this time dispatched the next working day, Monday – Friday. All orders are shipped using Royal Mail as our chosen delivery partner.

All orders are eligible for FREE Standard Delivery when you spend £25 or more. If you require your items sooner, we also offer an Express Delivery Service.

Please Note: During peak periods or circumstances outside out control (adverse weather conditions, industrial action etc.), delivery may take a little longer. Should this occur, we will try our best to keep you informed of progress. You can also track the progress of your order using your tracking number and the Royal Mail Portal.

 

Tracking Information

When ordering from Tabletop Gaming, you will be issued with Tracking Information so you are kept up to date with the progress of your items every step of the way. Please make sure you enter a valid email address and / or mobile phone number. Your tracking number will look something like this: AA123456789UK. Along with your email confirmation, you can also track your items using the link below:

Information Regarding Your Order

Should you wish to speak to us regarding your order, please email tabletopgaming@hooluh.co.uk and a member of the team will be happy to help. Please include your Tabletop Gaming Order Number (starting #TTG) and the email used to place the order when contacting us to help us locate your order swiftly.

Notes

In rare examples, we may use an alternative courier if the weight of the order exceeds the weight permissible by Royal Mail, but we will keep you informed if this is the case. Your items will alternatively be sent by a specialist larger weight courier such as DHL or DPD.

At present, we are only able to accept orders delivered to United Kingdom and Northern Ireland addresses, though we may offer international delivery in the future.

 

Returns Information

Should you wish to return an order to us, please contact a member of the team within 14 days of receipt of the goods by emailing tabletopgaming@hooluh.co.uk. Once your return has been agreed, you must return the item within a further 14 days of contacting us. Once received, your refund will be issued within 5 – 10 working days, provided the item is returned to us in a saleable condition. Please include your Full Name, Email Address, Order Number and a Contact Telephone Number within the returns package.

If the goods received are faulty or not fit for purpose, a refund for the cost of postage will be issued (subject to proof of postage and associated costs). In all other instances, cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Cancelling an Order

Should you wish to cancel an order, please email tabletopgaming@hooluh.co.uk as soon as possible. Once your order has been confirmed dispatched, our standard returns procedure will apply (above).

 

Exclusions

Unless otherwise specified, Clearance, Mystery Boxes & Advent Calendar items are not eligible for returns unless items are faulty or damaged. In the unlikely event a duplicate item is received, we know these will make great gifts for friends and family.
